Heritage Park Condominiums of Independence, MO are located at 4021 South Crysler Avenue between 40 Highway and 39th Street.
The HPC property has 11 buildings housing 96 units. Each unit includes one carport or separate garage (depending on the unit). There is open parking for additional vehicles and guests.
Amenities include our clubhouse for parties, meetings and gatherings. Everyone enjoys the two fireplaces, nice gathering area, complete kitchen and building length deck accessible through French doors of the main interior area. Unit owners reserve and rent the clubhouse for a nominal fee to host any special occasion!
The HPC pool and hot tub are enjoyed by many unit owners and their guests and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day – very refreshing during the hot months.
Condominium units are privately owned and unit rentals are not allowed – deed owners or trust beneficiaries are required to live in their property.
The property is managed by an elected Executive Board of volunteer unit owners. Unit Owner’s monthly assessments are in a $240-300 range (January 2023) and pay for water, trash collection, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, pool maintenance, common areas insurance and the repair and regular maintenance of community owned common assets.
